Btw, I usually pretty much follow the plans to the letter, at least for the hull, but the stem/stern shapes can usually be modified slightly with little effect on the hull. If you're artistic you can shape them to please you :)

I will play with the deck to make the boat fit though, but I'm careful to not let these mods effect the overall design of the boat, takes some very careful planning sometimes.
