There's no way that I would ever want something like that on my foredeck, as it looks perfect for splitting one's forehead open or knocking one's teeth out. With that thing on your deck, you're literally one wave away from major reconstructive surgery. No thanks. Besides, paddling is supposed to be exercise. If I didn't want tired muscles, I'd sit at home and watch videos of other people paddling. ;-)
