I'm going to be dying the deck and hull of my kayak the same color. Looking at the concerns in the archives about getting consistent color, it struck me that I might be better off doing all the dying at once rather than stripping/dying/glassing the hull and then starting the deck and hoping to match the color.

Does anybody do this? Focusing the glassing into a smaller time window would also help me with building logistics.
