I use Greenley for seats and foam. In Canada Rod Tait at Orca or Western Canoeing and Kayak is in Abbotsford close to the border. Also Sterling orders regularly from Greenley so if Bellingham is preferred I can give you details.

One more thing, most of Voltecs accounts turn the minicell into specialty items so it is difficult to find one willing to sell raw material. These other leads are probably going to be the easiest.
