Sorry about deafening silence on the big red baidarka. Don't get too hung up on the QUSA elitism, there are still plenty of open minds milling around over there, and out on the water! Heck, I took my plastic production boat to a QUSA event for years until I built my fuselage style SOF. I was doing G-style with it, natch!
