Tools: Lufkin tape

Just thought I'd pass this on. Bought a Lufkin measuring tape awile back that developed splits in the tape, wrote a nice note to the company and got an almost instant reply authorizing a replacment. Took it back to HD and no question replacement in hand, cool :)

Excellent customer service.
