I make long workbenches, now, and use them instead of an external strongback. Legs on them are 30"-long 2x4s, so with a 5/8" top the worksurface would be 30-5/8" from the floor. The l;egs are held on with 1/4" bolts and could be easily and cheaply replaced with shorter ones if I needed to do so.

Why are you looking to BUY sawhorses? It is a pretty quick job to make a pair from some 2x4s. Much cheaper and you get a narrower sawhorse.

For that matter, just add legs to your strongback. You can get 6 legs (each up to almost 32" long) from 2 eight-foot-long 2x4s. Put a pair of legs by each end and space the remaining two along the length of the strongback to keep it from sagging in the middle.

2x4s are cheap. On sale they are under $2 each, and such sales are frequent. It doesn't mater if the 2x4 is twisted, warped, full of knots, or missing some corners. It is just a prop. If the leg length is close to what you need you can use a few shims or wedges under the ends of the legs to get your strongback level and straight.
