Robert lives I think about a thousand miles from here, so no he wasn't going :)

Everyone in the club would be wearing drysuits, the air temps are very cold but the water temps are very warm, upwards of 80 F in places.

They are actually going tomorrow, wind speeds dropping considerably and air temps warming about 5 to 10 degrees, I have to work so I'll be wiring in the shop, again.
