Paddled Sunday and as usual my year old pair of NRS gloves left me with almost numb hands from all the cold water leaking in. On the return trip I was miserable they were so cold. Bruce always carries two pair of mitts. After we stop and eat a bite he puts on the the 2nd dry pair. He offered me the ones he had taken off. There was no way they could be any colder so I tried them on. WOW!! What a difference.

Within just a few minutes my hands were warming up. Before we got back my hands were sweating! I had to dunk them in the water to cool down. I expected them to leak since they were NRS but they didn't. I have to say I am amazed at the difference. Still on the fence because I use a camera a lot on the water. I was able to take photos but obviously it was harder to do but I could. Still, I am totally impressed!
