Ok so here is another idea that worked well for me. I used 2 sheets of 11X14 graph paper carefully taped together so the lines lined up. I used this paper as it A)has 1" major divisons and B) was inexpensive. The next step was to draw in the DWL and center line.

What is different is the way in which I located the points. I set the decimal offset on dial caliper and then used this to locate the data point. (7.253 = .253 past the 7th line) It was simple enough that I did both sides at once.
