Exactly how much space do you have in your garage? You can always store a project-in-the-works up near the ceiling when you are not working on it. That gives you room to park the car. Ropes and pulleys can be very helpful. Or you can stack the unfinished kayak on top of something out of the way. Work on the kayak a little bit each time you have a few minutes and sooner or later it will get done.
