You should't have much trouble at those temps, and there are good products offered by a number of manufacturers, including those already mentioned: RAKA, MAS, System 3, and others. I've used RAKA (it is usually the most competitively priced) with success, especially at warmer temperatures (like yours), but had problems once when I wasn't paying attention as basement temps dipped into the 50s. On my build this winter, I'm trying the System 3 Silvertip which claims to work well at much lower temperatures. We'll see how it goes.
Read the manufacturers instructions (online) to check suggested parameters, and go with low/non blush formulations and slow hardeners to make things easier on a first build.

As for glass, shop around, as prices can vary but the basic 4/6 ounce E and S glass for kayak building is pretty much the same product ..... RAKA is a good source, but also USComposites, Sweet Composites, Thayercraft and some of the big marine suppliers (Jamestown, West, Hamilton and surely others.
