I have experience with Raka, and West with the 207 hardener. Caveat, my experiences are with hot weather, but here is my opinion. I found Raka to be more user friendly, easier wet out, no going off in the cup, and the price is certainly right. I had a few problems with wetout with west, as it seems to be thicker, it smells a bit more, but not much, and I got some discoloration in the form of cloudy patches with the west, I do not think it was West's fault on the cloudiness however. In favor of West I believe it cures harder, and the UV protection gives added peace of mind, I still put on 5 coats of varnish though.
In the future I will use Raka, based on price and ease of use.
