I use waterless white automotive hand cleaner (gojo) and it works great. Vinegar is runny and stinks. Acetone is playing with fire.....
Often in the middle of a job I will clean up with gojo just to clean the gloves and tools so things can be handled easier. The stuff sticks well and wipes off with a rag.
Just wash with soap and water after when all done. No suits, just older clothes.
I believe the greatest danger with epoxy is the fillers to thicken (silica) and the dust when sanding. I wear the respirator for any lenghty job but if it is a small mix and a 10 min job I don't use the respirator unless getting into the thickeners.
Once was mixing a large batch and had some fly up on my glasses. Be careful.......
