Soap and water or waterless hand cleaner will remove epoxy from your skin. Vinegar neutralizes epoxy, as do citrus cleaners or anything acidic, though I don't know if it has any effect on the allergy-producing components. DO NOT use solvents like acetone, lacquer thinner or alcohol to remove epoxy from your skin, as they will dilute it and it will penetrate deeper into your skin. OTOH, all three work fine for cleaning tools and surfaces, though acetone it too volatile and I prefer not to use it.
