I don't know what the saw's like, but you may well need an extension to the fence. Very difficult to keep a very long board lined up on a short fence.

Many fences and pretty sure the Unisaw (Delta) has holes in the fence (steel one) to allow a straight board to be bolted to it to be used as a longer fence for cutting long boards.
