Check out a CMS called Concrete5. There are themes. I'm afraid if you want a professional site you are going to have to bite the bullet and learn a little bit about how the web works. HTML is not too terribly hard to understand, you just have to break through the noise layer. WYSIWYG editors are notorious for creating redundant overly verbose code, but that is improving fairly rapidly.
Concrete offers one of the most intuitive client side edit-in-place implementations I've seen. Once it is installed and your theme configured, you will soon feel at home administrating it. It works almost like desktop software, you will browse your site and edit content right in place. There are add-ons for reasonable prices, some free that can facilitate things like photo galleries, forms, and much more.
I'm not affiliated, other than as a happy user. You might be able to find a developer to get you setup and running, or Concrete5 themselves will host your site and help you with technical issues. Compared to more mature CMS's like Joomla and Drupal, Mambo and others, C5 requires far less technical expertise for the lay user to actually build a website.
Wordpress is another alternative, but it is somewhat more daunting on the administrative side, though entirely doable. It has a larger development base though, and more projects are ongoing to enhance the CMS usability versus the original blog intent. Wordpress v3 made leaps towards the CMS side of authoring.
I think if you are willing to put up with a little learning curve, and maybe get some experienced guidance that you can slowly slack off of, you'll love C5 though. If you are experienced with photoshop and print graphics you'll be set to manage graphic web assets.
My 5ยข.
