This is from the Georgia site........looks like a tagless boat for me. Ga. did something right!

"You must have a Georgia Certificate of Boat Registration and a validation decal to legally operate your boat or personal watercraft on public waters in Georgia. The only exceptions are:

•Sailboats under 12 feet in length
•Canoes, kayaks, rowboats and rubber rafts that have no mechanical propulsion (i.e., are paddled, poled, oared or windblown)
•Boats operated exclusively on private ponds or lakes

: OK...I see all these beautiful pics of your wooden kayaks and very
: very few with any kind of registration markings. I just picked
: up new reg. today in MN and have to put 2 big blue stickers on
: mine. One each side. Uggg. Is it just MN or you guys finding
: loopholes?
