Ok Sean... I would seriously like to see the RSA says that. Last I knew you only needed to register your boat if it had a motor/engine. I paddle extensively in Northern NH and Western ME. I've never had even a question from local enforcement. They usually give a big thumbs up and say what nice boats we have...
