My weight guide is the waist of my pants. If they go on and aren't too tight, I keep eating. If they start getting tight (after a day of use), then I avoid certain meals (the junk food kind). I have been the same size for decades and hope to keep it that way. I noticed that with our recent warm weather spell (since ended, Brrrrrr!) the river ice has started to recede, could be an early paddling season. I figure that I have two full months left to get Linda's kayak done before I stop building and get the old VJ on the float again. :) For now, I am heading off to Winterpeg, Manitoba to ski with the boys while dragging all of my gear behind me on the modified komatik I built. I will post a pic of the final look of the komatik later on today.
