Make that a "maybe". They have been changing the fabric sections of many Walmarts and now are offering the clear vinyl in precut rolls of only 3-4 yards long, which would mean a seam, which is workable, but not the best way to go. it might be available in longer lengths through walmart's website, or on a special order.

JoAnn fabrics and other fabric stores which sell upholstery materials would have longer rolls which are cut to length. not always as good a price, though. And they tend to have thinner material. The builder would want a minimum of 20 gauge or 20 mil material. Thicker stuff would be more durable, but harder to stretch and more expensive. I suppose 12 mil might work if someone was careful.
