Thanks for the reply. I think I have seen on the forum that the final result may have more of a tint, but just wondered about the quality/strength. You answered that one. Here we go boat will be finished soon==at last.

If it sets up, then it won't fall apart. It may not be as strong as
: fresh stuff, but you would be splitting hairs to tell the
: difference. It is still plenty strong, and stronger than you
: need.

: If the hardener and epoxy base are good then they will react
: chemically and harden into the familiar epoxy plastic. If they
: are shot, then either it won't harden, or it has already
: hardened and you won't be able to get it out of the bottle.

: Resins which have been frzen or stored in very cold conditions may
: start to drop out of solution, and you may see a lot of junk at
: the bottom of the bottles. This can be very easily reversed by
: soaking the bottle of resin (or hardener) in hot tap water for a
: while to get it good and hot, then shaking the bottle to
: redissolve the precipitate. If you are concerned with
: appearance, let it rest a day so the bubbles rise and disappear
: before using the stuff.

: Hope ths helps
