: Serious question here. I read somewhere that epoxy could discolor
: over time but that is never went bad. I don't remember where I
: read that. But has anyone actually had epoxy go bad? Would no
: set up?

If you have seperation. where there is solid chunks in the bottom. and you get to the bottom...those solids NEEDED to be reconstituted into the mix in order to set properly (I have had it happen)(wasn't paying atention)

if you get the formation of some solids, put the container into a pot with Hot water and warm the entire container until the solid portion reconects with the rest.I have had this happen with resin, not with the hardener...the hardener gets a yellow tint and starts smelling stronger...but I have yet to any be the known cause of not solidifing.

some Chem Major needs to chime in....I'm just a person that puts my pants on "one leg at a time"

Best Wishes
Roy
