If 1/4" radius that's 1/2" inch thick??? I've just checked a few of my blades - 7.5 mm diameter and the thin one 5.5 mm diameter. That makes the radius just under 4 mm or 3/16". Measurement about 6"- 8" from the tip. The end of the tips on one of them is really sharp.
