Interestingly, that's where I started! I can handle building a circuit or two, but building a refrigeration plant is a brave new frontier.
The power consumption of enough Peltiers to cool that much thermal mass was getting a bit out of hand (especially as I had to make three units), and you still have to cool the Peltiers.
In the end it worked out cheaper and easier to go with conventional refrigeration once I found an expert willing to assist.
