Sure. All you need is something to keep the hatch rim in place until whatever adhesive you use sets. Weight, clamps, straps, bungees, whatever.

I'm using one on one of my boats and plan to convert them all over to Seadogs as they wear out. I like them MUCH better than the Vally covers, they cost half as much and they should last a lot longer. One thing I discovered is that they go on and off a lot easier if you apply some 303 to the rubber on the inside of the cover.
