I had considered this during the skinning of my first and temporarily tacked the skin on it to see what it would look like. I would have had to put several darts in from the keelson to the gunwales to make it work, plus it was pointed out to me the the seams would have to be perfectly sealed.

Now this is probably heresy, but I don't like the look of the seam running down the middle of the decks, so I sew all mine at the top of one gunwale Cunningham style. Just a personal preference.
