Quick update on progress: I put the ribs and stems together on the ply bottom, setup the whole thing on a 2 x 4 strongback and flipped it. Currently I am slowly adding the strips aroud the bilges a pair at a time. The time per pair is very consistent so I predict I will have about 48 hours into it by the time the strips are competed and I can start on the ply sheer planks.

Stripping is straightforward enough but time-consuming, by the time I have cut and thickness planed 2 lengths of WRC, scarfed them together to form a strip, bevelled the edge, trimmed it to length and glued it in place about 40 minutes seem to have vanished, and with the time for the glue to set I can't get more than one or two strip pairs done in a day.

I am starting to realize why folks building a fully stripped 2 or 3 seater (this is a solo) spend months or even a year for the entire process. Awesome patience! I'mnot like that, I am already itching to start the next boat ...
