Strip: Non-amber varnish *PIC*

I'm contemplating finishes on my 5th strip boat. This one has redwood, basswood, walnut, WRC and I want to keep the colors as natural as possible without the amber color of varnishes. Thus I am considering two urethane varnishes and wondered if anyone has had any experience with these or some other clear varnish.

The two are:
Z Spar Captain's Varnish Ultra Clear
System Three WR-LPU Linear Polyurethane Topcoat
