You are asking a bit much for one boat. River kayaking is very different fro
open water and the characteristics required are quite different. This is especially true for a fast boat. Generally in rivers you are looking for a short boat with a lot of beam to maneuver quickly. Speed requires length and a narrow beam.
You haven't mentioned experience and that is a factor too.
If you are comfortable in a boat, you might look at the CLC Artic Hawk. If that is too much boat due to the narrow beam, take a look at a Pygmy Merelet.
