Hi Paul,
It's easy to trim when the texture is a little bit rubbery but no longer sticky. I'd say it'll be ready in the morning (12 to 15 hours) and it only takes a few minutes to go right around the boat with a sharp blade. I'd rather do that than take a chance it could be brittle after work. At least check it in the morning and have gloves and knife ready.

: I'm working in an 80 * room with a slow hardener.
: How much time do I have from when I begin the fiberglass work on
: the hull till ideal time to trim fiberglass at shear line.
: How much time do I have before it is too hard to be an easy job
: with a razor blade.
: I have no clue?
: I'd like to start the fiberglass work about 3:30 PM and trim in 24
: hours,
: or do I have to get up in the middle of the night,
: or do I have to do it before I go to work in the morning?
: Thanks Paul
