Strip: Glassing the hull

Put on a layer of 6 oz. glass on my first hull ever today.
Would like to put on another layer of 6 oz. glass. ( I'm not one to baby my boats. )
Can I put on the 2nd layer of glass tomorrow afternoon?
You don't need a fill coat of epoxy between the layers of glass do you?
Then in two days I can start building up a few more layers on the stems right?
Then the fill coats of epoxy, right?
