You cut the wet fabric the same way as the dry fabric : with sharp scissors.
Once you finish the (wet) sewing, you wait for the fabric to dry. Nylon dries very fast, usually a few hours in warm temperatures, a day or 2 in cold temps.
Once the nylon is completely dry, you seal it (with goop, zar, paint etc.)
