Hi,
I guess a weight loss diet is out[not kind?].Helium Bouyancy bags?
Although you're 5 Lbs excess is minimal,the best dimension to alter is the overall length.Increase it by one foot and pro rata it along the length.Leave all other dimensions the same.Paul nz
