Hi Attila,
I have built the Nikumi, Nikumi 19 and a strip version of the standard Nikumi. I also weigh 205 and I do just fine in all three. The Nikumi 19 is at the limits with that weight but the standard Nikumi has a design displacement of 325 lbs. at 5 inches.
I feel like you should not have to change the hull, maybe the deck height if you have feet larger than size 11 men's.
