Heck, I can get (and have) carbon paper in my local stationary shop. It's available in the nearby arts supplies shop too.

If it's not available, a work-around is to use a soft lead pencil to "carbon" the back of the plans where the lines are, fix the plans to the ply and draw the lines directly through the paper. A 4B pencil will do nicely for the carboning. A bit line NCR paper in effect.
