You are actually better off printing actual size across several sheets than having it blown up large. It's similar to enlarging a picture - you can only lose resolution going up, and 6x is a big step. See if your software will let you print across multiple pages with registration marks, and if not then add a few very light grid lines to the file to use for alignment of the pieces. Then, if you really must have it as a single unbroken sheet have an oversize copy made - 1 to 1 copies still aren't great large size, but enlargements REALLY degrade.

Or, check all the local copy/print shops, you'd be surprised where you might find a large format plotter. I know Staples stores usually have them in the copy center, and Costco might also. (For printing banners and signs.)
