Hi Paul,
You can use expensive stuff specific for epoxy, or cheaper white vinegar, but its not worth it if you buy cheap brushes. It is rather hard to get them clean.
You can put the brush in a freezer and it won't set up, but I generally buy a handful of cheap brushes and toss them after use.
