I'm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey (just east of philly). I didn't get my wood here, but there is a decent size lumberyard in lambertville, nj called 'niece lumber'; just across the delaware from northeastern PA (New Hope area). I go to a coffee shop next door (Rojo's, great coffee), but they seem to have a rather large selection from what i can tell from the gate and their website says they carry clear cedar. Might be worth a look.

I wasn't terribly confident i knew what i was looking for on my first build so i just ordered the wood from CLC boats. Had a good conversation with someone there explaining what i was looking for and he made some recommendations to acheive the colors i wanted. In the end, i was happy.
