A combination of two injuries. An old chronic climbing injury on my shoulder blade (you should hear the nasty crepitus) and a rotator cuff issue from a stupid rolling demonstration where I extended my hand behind my shoulder. Then I paddled 400 miles on the injury in 20 days. That one I've worked hard on with physical therapy, strength training, etc. I actually think that one will heal completely.
