In my basement shop I have an old microwave. It's great for warming up epoxy. I have put gallon jugs on their side (half full) and warmed them up. 15-20 seconds does it but it wiser to have the top off if you can. That crystalizing is because of oxygen. it occurs more on jugs with a lot of air space rather than ones that are full.
