I'm wondering how you measured this to determine the error. I am also wondering if we are getting the correct idea of where the error is located.
Is it possible the centerline is simply off by 1/16th?
Are the curves symmetrical, or mis-shaped?
If you trace this form on a piece of paper and then flip the form does it still fit in the same outline? If not, can you shim or trim it to be symmetrical?
Do you have paper plans or offsets from which you can draw up what the proper form should look like, and then see if the form you have fits that outline?
Obviously if the form is bad you should call the manufacturer and get it replaced.

Just curious about how this happened.
