I determined there was some problem visually. The curve on one side clearly didn't match the curve on the other. I set the form directly on the outline on the plans for the form (I ordered the plans), and saw the "triangle" was perfect on two sides and wrong on the other. CBK does their forms manually, not by CNC router.
