Strip: Varnish- Can you do whole boat in one coat?
I've just finished up with a Yost Sea Cruiser SOF for me, and a Gentry Chuckanut for my wife. Now it's time to get back to my son's 14 foot great auk. I've only got the varnish left. I've noticed a few photo's where people have the boat hanging from the ceiling via a rod through the bow and stern handle holes. I'm wondering........by employing this technique, would it work to put a coat on the whole boat at one time, or would that cause issues with runs, etc that I'm not thinking about? I'm anxious to get this done, and while I don't want to rush it, I do want to make best use of my time.
