Strip: glassing problem

Hi All, Just started to glass the hull of my new Night Heron strip, I'm using Thayercraft 3.2oz with raka epoxy slow cure. My
problem is small blisters about the size of a small finger nail about 10 or 12. I dident notice them when I tipped off the wet epoxy
I am wondering if injecting them with epoxy or just cut them out or can I neglect them any help will be appreciated
