Update:

Nearly all the forms do not match the plans. Symmetrically off, but off. Some are short and have the side of the curves incorrect:

Classic Boat Kits insists that the forms are perfect and the problem is that Rob's plans are asymmetrical (interesting, given nearly all the variance is symmetrical).

Given people use these forms in kits all the time, and the variance is in most cases maxes out at ~1/8", I am going to try to set the forms up and see how a batten lies. Form 2 will probably need to be sanded down, but who knows.
