Hi,
I used the same materials, but I live in Florida and the temperature was not a problem. You should call the folks at RAKA, they are very easy going and will be glad to answer your questions. I went directly to their shop to buy my supplies and they answered all of my questions as a first time builder. They also know about this forum.
