I'm in the market for materials to finish up my hybrid NorthBay. I'm looking for fiberglass, tape, epoxy etc. I can't remember whether the tape I originally used on the NorthBay is 6 oz or 9 oz. (I'm thinking it's 9 oz based on the current materials list for CLC boat kits.) I'm using 4 oz cloth and plan to do some reinforcing with unidirectional tape but I'm not sure what to use for the deck to hull seam. I'm thinking "standard" 6 oz tape will be enough but I thought I'd see whether any one has had issues with that.
