We have a specialty wood store here called Windsor Plywood. They stock wood specimens from around the world including iron wood, zebra wood, you name it, they got it. I will take your suggestions there once I get the strongback ready to go, then see what they think. That said, Keith and I glassed the WD kayak hulls this week. We will get the inside of the hull prepped during next week and probably have the decks tied down permanently within two weeks. I am fast losing interest in building because the weather is absolutely wonderful for paddling right now. Just got off the river after doing my inaugural paddle for 2011, bit late but I have been sick for the last month. Also, I want the S&G project done because I am very excited about the strip project. :)
