: Damian,
: Even the "no blush" epoxies produce some blush, and they
: don't have to be fully cured to have it on the surface. So, even
: when coating on green epoxy - not tacky but soft enough to dent
: with a finger nail - if you're not sure about blush, its not a
: bad idea to wash the surface with a wet rag or soft scrubber.
: Just make sure that the surface is dried thoroughly before
: coating. A heat gun or hair drier works well.

I rolled on a second coat of epoxy with a paint roller and 'tipped-off' with a foam brush as per nick's suggestions in his book. I have a bunch of small pinhole sized bubbles now. Any suggestions on how to best get rid of them? For the hull i simply used the dump and spread technique on the second coat and didn't get a single bubble, wish i had gone that route on the deck now. Oh well. I'm planning to sand the deck smooth in hopes of opening up most of the bubbles and then i'll dump and spread a 3rd coat of epoxy, sound good?
